　　Although 2017 has left us, looking back, this year is a year for the company to face up to difficulties, an extraordinary year for the company, a year for the company to link the past and the next, and even more for the company to face unfavorable situations, A year of courage to forge ahead. Through the unremitting efforts and hard work of all employees of the company, the company has achieved certain results. The sales of 1 million units in 2017 were slightly inferior to the sales of the previous year (2016), and the sales target of 1.1 million units set at the beginning of the year was not fulfilled. However, in 2017, the competitive situation in the sales market was severe, with changes in national policies and reforms in the industry system, reforms in hospitals and vicious competition among peers, which hindered market sales and failed to complete the set goals. In the face of new changes in the situation, marketing managers and teams have made unremitting efforts to vigorously develop some new markets, expand new businesses, and strive for new profit growth points. The old market has also increased its management efforts. In early 2017, a key account service management mechanism was established, and a key account manager was hired to cooperate with regional managers to stabilize old customers, and penetrate into the management and service of major hospitals and key distributors in. In this way, both the target market has been seized, and the old customers have been consolidated. At the same time, it has continued to tap the potential of the old market and laid a solid foundation for subsequent market sales management.

　　 In 2017, we successfully completed the construction of the new plant. The production workshop of the new plant covers an area of more than 2500 square meters, the raw material and finished product warehouse covers an area of more than 1,000 square meters, the office area is 300 square meters, and there are more than 800 square meters of management cadres and staff dormitories. The current scale can reach an annual output of 2.5-3 million pieces (for the production of passive products). According to the company's development needs, the electronic pump workshop still under renovation covers an area of more than 860 square meters to prepare for the subsequent electronic pump production.

　　In 2017, the production management center did an unprecedented amount of complicated work: 　　

       First, the company completed the annual production capacity of 1.03 million units throughout the year; 　　

       Second, the completion of the self-inspection, acceptance and verification reports of the new plant before May 2017;

　　Third, the inspection and acceptance of the new factory building with the third-party North Inspection Institute passed smoothly in May;

　　Fourth, from June to August, the two departments of production and quality will be put into trial production in the new plant, and the corresponding equipment and products of the trial production will be verified, and various production verification reports have been completed, which will be used for the inspection of the GMP system. Well prepared fully;

　　Fifth, in August, it accepted the system inspection of the production plant by the Municipal Drug Administration, and successfully passed the GMP system certification and obtained the production qualification;

　　Sixth, without stopping production, the relocation work was completed safely and smoothly, and it is now in use.

　　Looking back on the past and looking forward to the future, we will face more opportunities and challenges in the new year. These phenomena are manifestations of corporate unhealthy practices, which have extremely adverse effects on the company, and it is even more difficult to operate.

　　In December 2017, we suddenly underwent an unannounced inspection by the Municipal Bureau. The inspection revealed many problems that I did not expect. There were management problems as well as implementation problems. The company's quality system has been in operation for many years, and there are still so many basic problems. As a product manufacturer, how do we control the quality of our products and how to bring high-quality products to the market! The external environment is already very severe, if we If you do not become stronger, you can imagine what kind of fate is waiting for us! The new situation is a challenge to sublimation, but also an opportunity. The market is cruel, and success only favors those who make progress. Only by working harder, working hand in hand, and sublimating, can we have a future, and we can take our destiny in our own hands. This requires everyone here, we work together to link our personal careers with the growth of the company, and grow together! Looking into the future, it is urgent to deepen reforms and accelerate the improvement of the enterprise level.
