Hailar, the central city known as the most beautiful grassland in China-Hulunbuir Prairie, is the political, economic and cultural exchange center of Hulunbuir. On July 3-5, 2015, the "Annual Meeting of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Inner Mongolia Medical Association and the Inaugural Meeting of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Hulunbuir Medical Association" was held here in the Hailar Jiashihao Hotel.

　　 "Annual Meeting of the Anesthesia Professional Committee of the Inner Mongolia Medical Association" is held once a year, hosted by the Inner Mongolia Medical Association and undertaken by the Hulunbuir People's Hospital. More than 200 delegates participated in this conference. The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Zhang Yaping, director of the Department of Anesthesiology, Hulunbuir People's Hospital. Opening speeches were delivered by the chairman of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Inner Mongolia Medical Association and Professor Yu Jianshe of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University on behalf of the sponsor; Liu Changshun, director of the Hailar Health Bureau, delivered a speech; the director of the Anesthesiology Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital and the deputy chairman of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association , Professor Huang Yuguang, chairman of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Beijing Medical Association, delivered a speech on behalf of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. 　　 During the conference, experts such as Yu Weifeng, director of the Department of Anesthesiology of Shanghai Oriental Liver and Gallbladder Hospital and chairman of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, gave on-site lectures. The latest scientific research results of the anesthesiology discipline were shown to the majority of anesthesiologists.
